CARS used to publish a journal, at one stage each month, The Public Outcry. Besides members, it was originally sent to every member of State Parliament, magistrates and judges, police stations throughout the State, and other selected persons in decision-making positions.
Founder and editor Phyl den Ronden tended to write the articles, unless indicated otherwise. The journals have been converted to pdf format. Journals later than 1993 were converted from Word format, whereas earlier ones are scanned images.
